DOS and DONT’S
NABARD - Grameen Bharat Mahotsav at Delhi
A. Pre-Event Protocols
- ID and Passes
- All participants, including FPOs, OFPOs, exhibitors, and officials, must wear ID cards or passes with QR codes provided by NABARD.
- Liaison officers must verify that IDs are visibly displayed before entering the venue.
- Government ID
- Participants must carry a government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN card, Passport) for security verification at the entry gate.
- Transport Coordination
- Coordinating/liaison officers from each state must oversee participants traveling by buses, ensuring compliance with transit guidelines.
- Dress Code
- Exhibitors and participants must wear traditional attire that represents their regional or cultural identity.
- Stall Setup
- All exhibitors must complete their stall setup at least 24 hours before the event for inspection and security clearance.
- Stalls must be labeled and meet the quality and safety standards set by the organizers.
B. On the Day of the Event
- Entry Protocol
- All participants must arrive at Bharat Mandapam at least 3 hours before the Prime Minister’s scheduled arrival.
- Liaison officers must check passes, IDs, and attire before entry.
- Seating Arrangements
- All attendees must be seated at least 2 hours before the Prime Minister’s arrival.
- No movement will be allowed in or out once the Prime Minister arrives.
- Behavior and Decorum
- Maintain discipline and silence during speeches, particularly the Prime Minister’s address.
- Stand and follow protocol during the national anthem and official announcements.
- Exhibitor Guidelines
- Exhibitors must remain at their designated stalls unless instructed otherwise.
- Ensure professional and courteous interactions with dignitaries and visitors.
- Security and Monitoring
- Comply with all security checks and instructions from security personnel.
- Avoid carrying prohibited items such as large bags, electronic gadgets (unless necessary), or sharp objects.
C. Post-Event Protocols
- Exit Procedure
- Participants must exit the venue in an orderly manner once the event concludes.
- Liaison officers should ensure that all participants from their respective states are accounted for during departure.
- Feedback Collection
- NABARD officials will collect feedback from exhibitors and participants to improve future events.
- Stall Dismantling
- Exhibitors must dismantle and clear their stalls by the specified time, ensuring no damage to the venue.
D. Dos and Don’ts
Dos:
- Wear ID cards and wristbands at all times for identification and access.
- Carry a valid government-issued ID for entry verification.
- Follow instructions from liaison officers and security personnel.
- Arrive on time and be seated according to the event schedule.
- Maintain decorum throughout the event.
Don’ts:
- Do not arrive late or attempt to enter after the designated time.
- Avoid carrying unauthorized items such as sharp objects or flammable materials.
- Do not leave your seat or move around once the event begins.
- Avoid using mobile phones or making noise during speeches and presentations.
- Do not engage in activities that disrupt the event or compromise security.
Important Notes for Participants Entering Through Gate No. 1 & 10
- Bus Identification and Mapping
- Coordinators/liaison officers must ensure buses are clearly marked and participants are mapped to their respective liaison officers.
- ID Card Compliance
- Participants must wear their ID cards before reaching Gate No. 1. Liaison officers must enforce strict compliance.
- Orderly Movement
- Coordinators/liaison officers should facilitate the professional and organized movement of participants to the Plenary Hall and H-14.
- Security Protocols
- Delhi Police will conduct frisking of all participants at entry points. Liaison officers should advise participants not to bring valuable items unless necessary.
- Assistance and Support
- For any issues, liaison officers may contact NABARD officials stationed at Gate No. 1 & 10 for support.
