Jeeraful rice, aromatic and fine-grained, is processed by SHGs/FPO. Cashews are locally produced in Jashpur and processed under the NABARD TDF Project. Indigenous pulses (arhar and kulthi) are rich in fibre and protein. Millet products (ragi flour, kodo rice) are grown locally. Bamboo crafts include stools and baskets made by SHGs.
